QWhat is Giclee canvas printing?
AThe word Giclee is derived from the French word "gicler" which means to squirt or spray.Nowadays, Giclee printing is a method of modern printing technology always suggesting high quality and best printing practise. Giclee printing includes processes that use fade-resistant, archival inks, which are designed to resist fading and the chemical composition allows the ink to hold fast to the printed surface. Archival ink will not "run" even if exposed to a moderate amount of moisture. This technique increases the apparent resolution and colour gamut and allows smoother gradient transitions.
Q How big does my image need to be?
AWe recommend that you upload the biggest, highest resolution image you have (the image should be clear at the largest size).
Q What images can I upload?
AYou may upload photos that are formatted as “jpg”, “tiff”, “pdf”, “png”.
Q Can I have the canvas prints without a moulding frame in order to save some money？
A Yes of course. Even though our frames are pretty affordable, we are still offering a more economical option - transfer your image to a ready to hang canvas. We treat every ready to hang canvas in a method of gallery finish, which gives it a nice and clean back and a beautiful gallery wrapped edge. Check out our full Price List.
Q Can I order a frame without ordering any prints?
A Yes. Just pick a moulding you would love to buy and send us the item number and your artwork size by email. We will then help you complete the order very soon.

The ceiling mount hanging kit was exactly what I needed to hand a large piece of art and a weighty decorative framed mirror. I didn’t want to drill into the brick and stone walls of the house (I used the wooden beams of the ceiling), and these hangers I found online worked well.

I've had two emails asking me to write a review on an order that was supposedly filled 3 weeks ago. My order was NOT fulfilled until this week, only part of what I ordered & paid for was sent in flimsy old plastic bubble wrap packaging & tape, had to contact them to advise I didn't have all of my order. Didn't believe me & told me it was sent in a box, had to send photos of everything. Received hanging clips this week, no screws for rails.
